Rather confusing that he says "a time when" -- I have this feature as part of a standard set from Speakeasy on my home and work VoIP lines over their DSL. They license this software for call management, and it lets me set a profile, like don't answer calls on Saturday and Sunday but send them to voice mail.

Or, if a call comes from such and such a number (caller ID has to work), then forward it to these three other phone numbers.

Vonage could and should license the iotum relevance based offering. It's far better than the rules based solution Glenn has. For that matter, so should Speakeasy.
