By the way peer-to-peer TV content as Om speculated is beyond my comprehension abilities. What is peer-to-peer TV?

I am not sure, probably we should ask him directly. But my guess is that the producer and consumer deal directly without an intermediary/distributor. After all there could be efficient micro-payment systems to facilitate such interaction.
